Everything you want the Tribunal to know about the case should be included in your written submissions. This includes the evidence such as documents, reports, diagrams, photographs, letters, etc. In addition, affidavit evidence or written statements from witnesses may be included. Parties should not assume that someone else will provide the information or evidence to the Tribunal, or that the Tribunal will already know something. The Tribunal does not automatically receive information that was considered by the original decision-maker. The Tribunal receives all of its information regarding the appeal from the parties.
