Effective December 12, 2025, the Energy Resource Appeal Tribunal is relocating to a new office it will share with other administrative law bodies. This will reduce office expenses and offer savings for taxpayers.
For all regular mail, the delivery address is:

For physical deliveries by courier, the office address is:
1175 Douglas Street, 2nd Floor, Victoria, British Columbia
In-person deliveries must be scheduled in advance by appointment. Please email the Board at info@bcerat.ca to arrange for a delivery.
The Tribunals’ Rules of Practice and Procedure are being updated effective December 12, 2025, to reflect the new address and remove the option to file by fax, which is no longer available.
